Sales Proposal Engineer

Required Skills/Abilities

• Knowledge of power plant installation codes, including B31.1and API 650 is preferred.
• Experience with commercial terms and conditions is a plus.
• Experience with commercial pre-contract and post-contract management is preferred.
• Demonstrated attention to detail required.
• The ability to use feedback to modify designs and improve efficiencies is required.
• The ability to identify and resolve problems is required.
• The ability to analyze, interpret or make deductions from varying facts or circumstances is required.
• Excellent communications skills, speaking clearly and persuasively, are required.
• Excellent writing skills, writing clearly and informatively, are required.
• Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel and Word.
• Good leadership skills, with commitment to ethical conduct, are required.

Education and Experience

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds. May require long periods of sitting.

Travel Requirements

• Must be able to travel +5-10% of the time.
