- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical submittals
- Coordinate with clients to gather project requirements and clarify specifications
- Follow up on inquiries, orders, and project status to ensure timely execution
- Liaise with internal teams (design, production, procurement, and logistics) for order fulfillment
- Maintain and update project tracking sheets, CRM, and sales reports
- Support in preparing project documentation including BOQ, drawings, and approvals
- Ensure accurate communication between client expectations and internal execution
- Assist in scheduling deliveries and monitoring project timelines
- Handle administrative support related to sales and project coordination

About the Role
- We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Sales / Project Coordinator to support our sales and project execution team.
- The ideal candidate will act as a key link between clients, sales, production, and project teams to ensure smooth coordination from inquiry to project delivery within the lighting industry.
