Role Overview
The role expands canasa’s commercial footprint across Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province.
The primary focus is building and maintaining recurring B2B accounts with factories, workshops, contractors, and facility managers.
The role combines commercial prospecting, deal structuring, formal quotations, and operational coordination with yard and dispatch teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert industrial operations across Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, and Jubail into recurring pickup accounts.
- Source post-industrial waste and recyclable commodities and negotiate grades and volumes against market index prices.
- Issue written quotes covering material categories, grades, price per kilo, and validity windows.
- Maintain account activity, resolve pricing or grade questions, and keep collection schedules running smoothly.
- Coordinate with dispatch and yard staff on inbound volumes, pickup dates, and regulatory paperwork.
- Track pipeline, closed accounts, processed tonnage, and profit margins and report to management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, procurement, or commodity trading is required.
- Scrap metal, recycling, industrial supply, or waste management experience is advantageous.
- Written and spoken Arabic and English fluency is required.
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of commodity margins are required.
- Familiarity with Eastern Province industrial districts is required.
- A valid Saudi driving licence and transferable Saudi Iqama are required.
Working at canasa
- Full personal protective equipment and safety training are provided from the first day.
- The Dammam yard operates daily in Arabic, English, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, and Tamil.
