Role Overview
The Industrial Sales Manager generates and closes new industrial sales across Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province.
This is a full-time, on-site commercial position based at the Dammam yard with regular travel to plants and project sites.
The role is dedicated to new sales rather than management of recurring scrap pickup accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach factories, contractors, and facility operators across the Eastern Province.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals for recycling, industrial waste, e-waste, site clearance, demolition recovery, and related services.
- Negotiate and close sales that operations can fulfil, then brief operations for initial service delivery.
- Introduce manpower and project support services where appropriate to increase sale value.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and report leads, meetings, proposals, and closed contracts to management weekly.
- Represent the company with procurement, site management, and HSE decision-makers.
- Monitor industrial activity and identify facilities generating scrap or waste and opportunities for canasa.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least three years of industrial or B2B sales experience with a record of generating and closing new business.
- Experience in recycling, waste management, environmental services, facilities services, or industrial contracting is strongly preferred.
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Sound commercial judgment and ability to price deliverable work and decline uneconomic terms.
- Valid Saudi driving licence required for regular travel across the Eastern Province.
- Valid, transferable Saudi Iqama.
Working at canasa
- Full personal protective equipment and safety training are provided from the first day.
- The Dammam yard operates daily in Arabic, English, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, and Tamil.
