Responsibilities
- Promote Personal loans
- Contact potential customers through calls, visits, or referrals
- Explain product features, benefits, and requirements clearly
- Assist customers with applications and collect necessary documents
- Submit applications to the bank and follow up until approval
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Provide good customer service and support
- Maintain accurate records and follow company policies
Requirements
- Sales personnel preferably with banking experience within UAE (Direct sales of Personal Loans)
- Target oriented/self driven with excellent selling skills and strong personality
- Proven track record of successfully meeting a sales quota
- Ability to work under pressure in a team as well as independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certificates
- Must be available in UAE to join immediately
- Can speak both Arabic and English

Job Overview

REQUIREMENTS
- Sales personnel preferably with banking experience within UAE (Direct sales of Personal Loans). Banking experience from home country may also be considered.
- Candidate should be target oriented/self driven and have an excellent selling skills and strong personality.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting a sales quota
