- Process daily sales orders and quotations accurately, including electronic order handling
- Support all aspects of sales activity to help achieve team and company targets
- Prioritise tasks to meet agreed deadlines and service level agreements
- Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring efficient and professional resolution
- Build strong relationships with Internal Sales teams
- Escalate issues promptly to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager
- Proactively support the business, including working shift patterns as required

- Results oriented with excellent organisational skills
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills
