Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes and workflows across the sales lifecycle
- Own and manage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Property Finder CRM) — ensure data accuracy, adoption, and reporting integrity
- Build and maintain sales dashboards, forecasts, and performance reports for leadership
- Analyze sales pipeline data to identify bottlenecks, conversion trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with marketing on lead flow, campaign ROI tracking, and lead scoring/qualification criteria
- Develop and maintain sales incentive/commission structures in coordination with Finance and HR
- Support onboarding and training of new sales agents on tools, processes, and compliance requirements
- Ensure compliance with RERA/DLD documentation and listing standards
- Manage sales contracts, agreements, and documentation workflows in coordination with legal/compliance
- Partner with senior sales leadership on territory planning, quota setting, and target allocation
- Identify and implement sales enablement tools (proposal software, e signature platforms, listing portals)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations, with at least 2 years within real estate
- Strong working knowledge of real estate CRM systems and portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Knowledge of UAE real estate regulatory framework (RERA, DLD, Ejari, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills
- Detail oriented, process driven, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment

About the Role
- We are looking for a detail oriented and analytical Sales Operations Manager with real estate industry experience to streamline our sales processes, improve pipeline efficiency, and support the sales team with data, tools, and systems that drive performance.
- This role bridges sales, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth deal execution from lead to closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes and workflows across the sales lifecycle (lead generation to closing/handover)
- Own and manage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Property Finder CRM) — ensure data accuracy, adoption, and reporting integrity
- Build and maintain sales dashboards, forecasts, and performance reports for leadership
- Analyze sales pipeline data to identify bottlenecks, conversion trends, and opportunities for improvement

- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Knowledge of UAE real estate regulatory framework (RERA, DLD, Ejari, etc.)

Pay
- AED8,000.00 AED15,000.00 per month
