- Supervise daily sales operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Monitor sales activities, lead allocation, and operational workflows to maximize efficiency
- Support the sales management team with operational planning and execution
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Marketing, CRM, Listing, and Administration departments
- Maintain accurate and up to date records in the CRM system
- Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with CRM standards
- Track lead status, pipeline movement, and conversion metrics
- Generate regular reports and dashboards for senior management
- Lead and supervise the Sales Operations team
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching where required
- Conduct regular performance reviews and operational audits
- Ensure service levels and internal KPIs are consistently achieved
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of Sales Operations experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
- UAE Real Estate experience is highly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, reporting)
- Hands on experience with CRM systems
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Role Summary
- The Sales Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing the day to day sales operations, monitoring team productivity, maintaining CRM accuracy, preparing performance reports, and ensuring operational excellence across the sales department.
Key Responsibilities
