- Collaborate with finance, marketing and project teams to support sales forecasting, contract processing and order execution
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales operations, business operations or related roles
- Background in renewable energy, PV or B2B industry is preferred
- Hands on experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and data reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented with solid organizational and problem solving capabilities
- Able to work cross functionally in a fast paced global environment
- Professional working proficiency in English and Chinese

About the Role
- We are seeking a detail oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our global sales team and drive operational efficiency across our international photovoltaic and renewable energy business.
What You’ll Do
- Sales Data & Reporting: Track sales performance metrics, build regular reports and dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to support sales decision making.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM data accuracy, manage sales pipelines, and coordinate lead handoff between marketing and sales teams.
