Role Overview
The Sales Operations Manager will be a hands-on leadership role, overseeing and supporting our customer service team and lead our inside sales efforts. Job Summary
The Sales Operations Manager will be a hands-on leadership role, overseeing and supporting our customer service team and lead our inside sales efforts. This role will accelerate the growing impact the group is having with our customers, our sales process and our results. This position will report to the Director, Commercial NA and play a key leadership role executing sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, as well as process improvement and the build out of key resources to support the commercial team.
Job Duties
- Leads the daily operations of our customer service team.
- Provides ongoing coaching, training and development opportunities to the team.
- Evaluate, identify and implement opportunities to define processes and metrics to guide daily sales administration.
- Create the future vision and roadmap for the group, ensuring efficient sales operations and a growing impact on revenue.
- Serve as the lead for sales administration, working cross functionally across Trivium internal teams, to support efficiency in our production operations, including, but not limited to production scheduling and inventory management.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver best in class service and champion unmatched industry customer experience
- Enhance sales productivity through identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Partner with and support the commercial team as required on key accounts.
