About the Role
The Sales Operations Manager sits within Revenue Operations at the intersection of sales strategy and operational execution.
The role partners with Sales leadership and the broader Revenue Operations team to drive measurable revenue outcomes.
Sales Technology and AI
- Own the end-to-end sales technology stack, including administration, adoption, governance, and roadmap.
- Define tool utilization and impact metrics, make rationalization decisions, and lead implementations with Revenue Systems.
- Drive sales-team adoption through enablement and change reinforcement.
- Deploy AI-powered workflows for conversation intelligence, predictive scoring, CRM enrichment, and automated outreach.
- Set ROI expectations before AI deployment and measure impact afterward.
- Manage the HubSpot Administrator and maintain HubSpot as the commercial system of record.
Sales Strategy and Revenue Influence
- Translate sales strategy into territory design, quota setting, capacity modeling, and coverage analysis.
- Build reporting and dashboards for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and representative performance.
- Surface leading indicators, risks, and opportunities before they appear in reported results.
- Partner with Customer Success Operations on expansion-pipeline visibility.
