Responsibilities

  • Create clean, convincing proposals from conversation notes and templates quickly and independently
  • Set up and maintain a binding follow up cadence for all open deals (no lead falls asleep)
  • Keep CRM (Attio) clean: stages, next steps, forecast
  • Coordinate deals: appointments, pre reads, internal alignment, partner/service provider communication
  • Prepare and follow up on management meetings, translating into clear action items
  • Provide weekly pipeline and revenue overview for management

Qualifications

  • 2 5 years in Sales Ops, Sales Support, Chief of Staff, Account Management or similar (ideally B2B/SaaS/agency)
  • Extremely structured and proactive — you see what's left behind and take it on
  • Strong writing skills: your proposals and customer emails are on point
  • Tool affinity (CRM like Attio/HubSpot, project tools, Google Workspace); you learn new tools in days
  • Fluent German, good English
  • Reliable and discreet with numbers, deals, and management calendar
  • Nice to have: experience with AI tools, structured sales processes (e.g., MEDDPICC), fast growing startup/agency
