- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and profitability
- Achieve monthly sales targets and operational KPIs
- Prepare management reports and support strategic business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 6 years of relevant experience in Qatar or the GCC
- Proven experience in the Construction Industry (Carpentry & Joinery, Steel Fabrication, Fire Rated Doors, Wooden Doors & Furniture, Aluminium & Glass Works, Interior Fit Out, Building Materials, MEP or General Construction)
- Strong sales, negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage operations and lead a multidisciplinary team
- Valid Qatar Driving Licence
- Transferable Visa with NOC preferred

Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result oriented Sales & Operations Manager to join our growing team in Qatar.
