Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
- Experience in the Qatar market is preferred
- Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation and networking abilities
- Proven sales and business development experience
- Knowledge of the Qatar business environment
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Qatar.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and ongoing projects.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Research
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Identify emerging business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Provide regular market intelligence reports to management.
Networking & Representation
- Attend business events, exhibitions, networking meetings, and conferences.
- Represent the company professionally in business forums and industry associations.
- Develop strategic partnerships to enhance business growth.
Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
- Update CRM systems and sales pipelines regularly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience in the Qatar market is preferred.
