About the Role
Ajax Systems is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support business development and customer service in Dubai. The role involves managing sales documentation, order history, shipping logistics, and providing administrative support to the sales function.

Responsibilities
- Be a contact person for customers with sales related inquiries and provide a high level of service
- Support the Business Development function within the organization
- Provide administrative and technical support for contract administration, customer service, and order history management
- Register and forward contracts, provide relevant information to key stakeholders
- Manage the process of shipping goods to customers in cooperation with logistics and production departments
- Perform additional administrative tasks associated with Sales Operations
Requirements
- Experience working with customers and managing sales related documentation
- Experience working with ERP systems (1C, SAP, or Comarch ERP would be an advantage)
- Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong knowledge of Ukrainian and English languages
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, logistics, or administration

Key Responsibilities
