Core Responsibilities
- Review new and assigned leads in the CRM and action them by priority.
- Contact leads by phone to secure confirmed bookings and appointments using the approved call script.
- Confirm, remind, and reschedule appointments to minimise no-shows.
- Keep the appointment calendar accurate.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming client emails.
- Handle incoming calls and assist clients with booking, scheduling, and general enquiries.
- Log every call, email, and outcome accurately in the CRM on the same day.
- Keep lead and booking records current.
Scope of the Role
The role does not qualify client budgets or negotiate pricing.
The role does not close sales or handle pricing objections beyond the approved script.
The role does not manage the client relationship after a booking is handed off.
Performance Indicators
Outbound calls per day are tracked as an activity target.
Contact rate is measured as the percentage of assigned leads successfully reached.
Requirements and Skills
- Clear, confident, and courteous phone manner.
- Fluent spoken Arabic and English are strongly preferred for the GCC market.
- Comfort making a high volume of calls daily and staying persistent.
- Working knowledge of CRM, calendar, and spreadsheet tools.
- Highly organised, reliable, and accurate with data.
