Role Overview
Drive sales growth and manage daily operations across a luxury fashion and garment manufacturing business.
Connect clients, production, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, accounts, and management to support accurate and timely order delivery.
Sales and Client Management
- Develop new business with fashion brands, boutiques, retailers, and wholesale clients.
- Manage client meetings, quotations, negotiations, orders, and payment follow-ups.
- Build customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer requests, complaints, returns, and after-sales support.
Production and Fulfilment
- Coordinate samples, production schedules, order quantities, and delivery deadlines.
- Monitor purchasing, raw materials, inventory, warehouse activities, and order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with production and quality-control teams to resolve delays or defects.
- Ensure orders are correctly entered and updated in Odoo or Zoho.
Commercial and Operations Reporting
- Monitor pricing, costs, profit margins, and operational efficiency.
