Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Relationship Executive to handle B2B clients and support e-commerce operations.
This role involves client coordination, stock management, and driving sales performance across B2B channels and shop-in-shop locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with B2B clients
- Coordinate orders, deliveries, and communication with partners
- Oversee stock levels across B2B, e-commerce, and shop-in-shop outlets
- Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, marketing, accounts)
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure proper product display and availability in shop-in-shop locations
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, or retail operations
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good understanding of inventory management and sales tracking
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients
Preferred
- Experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Noon, Ounass, etc.)
- Background in retail or distribution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
