Job Description
- The role is based at the Group level of a local Group that has 6 diverse lines of businesses in Hospitality and Retail sector.
- Role is at group level Group HR Manager based in their head quarters at Dubai office.
- Looking for a young, energetic and passionate HR Manager to lead the function.
Critical Requirements
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Hospitality or Retail industry.
- Managed a team of HR and admin officers/staff.
- Hands on experience on all key aspects of the HR function: Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations & Welfare, Learning & Development, HR Policies and Compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in core HR.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in multiple countries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay
- AED 23,000.00 AED 27,000.00 per month
