Location and Schedule
- This is a hybrid role based in the Kitchener, Ontario office.
- The expected schedule is two days in the office per week or when requested, with three days working from home per week.
Role Overview
The Sales Operations Coordinator provides reliable, high-quality administrative support to Sales and Sales Operations.
The position reports to the Manager of Sales Operations and interacts with the broader Sales organization to improve operational efficiency.
Performance Expectations
- Support Salesforce deal flow, purchase order processing, and Sales process coaching.
- Prepare customer agreements in Salesforce and the ERP system.
- Manage purchase orders, customer data quality, reporting, and return authorizations.
- Support new-hire onboarding and communicate new information and tools to Sales.
