Blender Operator (Days/Nights) - 6 month contract position

Your mission as a Compounder/Blender is to be responsible for operating the shredders and grinders that process industrial plastic.

In completion of these recycling tasks, the machinery must be prepped, continuously fed material, and cleaned safely.

Please note this is a 6-month contract position.

• Accurately weigh out ingredients into buckets according to the formulation being run.
• Run the panel that operates all the compounding equipment while in production.
• Fill ingredient hoppers, assure proper resin weight as well as proper level of stabilizer. Assure the resin silos in compounding are being filled from the railcar.
