Reliable and organised: Colleagues depend on you for the operational side of the office, so you work from checklists and systems and don't let things slip when the sales day gets busy.

Hands-on and practical: You'd rather fix the thing than raise a ticket about it, and you're comfortable dealing with suppliers and contractors directly.

Data-driven about your own performance: You review your own numbers - connection rates, conversion, call outcomes - spot what's working and what isn't, and change your approach accordingly.

A self-starter who stays sharp: You take ownership of your own learning, getting up to speed on our products and keeping current on markets, ISAs, pensions and the halal investing space, without needing to be pushed.

Discreet and trustworthy: You'll handle client conversations, office access and expense records, and we need to be able to trust you with all of it.

A clear, performance-based progression path towards Relationship Manager, or further into operations.
