Role Summary
The Sales Operations Analyst is a hybrid analytical and commercial role supporting field sales with objective information and recommendations.
The role owns CRM tooling and data quality and advises on SKU priorities, trade spend, account prioritization, and timing.
Location
- The position is based in Calgary, Alberta, or can be performed remotely.
Company and Department
The role sits within Commercial Planning and reports to the Director, Commercial Planning.
Key partners include regional, territory, and key account sales managers, Data Services and IT, Portfolio Management, and Marketing.
Decibel Cannabis Company produces consumer-focused cannabis products and operates facilities in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
- Own CRM administration, data structure, reporting cadence, and data quality across the field sales team.
- Partner with Data Services, IT, and field sales leaders on system enhancements and adoption.
- Analyze account and provincial board data to inform sales compensation targets and commercial recommendations.
