Overview
Silah Tamkeen is seeking a Sales Officer to lead and supervise the sales team, achieve sales targets, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Supervise, guide, motivate, and develop the sales team to enhance overall performance
- Monitor sales performance and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are achieved
- Manage and maintain existing customer accounts while actively acquiring new customers and expanding the customer base
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitor performance, and identify new sales and growth opportunities
- Prepare periodic sales reports and provide management with performance updates and recommendations
- Support and implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to increase sales and achieve business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and product marketing
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and sales team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong customer relationship management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
