Key Responsibilities
- Develop and create engaging marketing content across relevant digital platforms.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Implement marketing plans and contribute to achieving marketing targets.
- Lead and coordinate the marketing team, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
- Manage and monitor marketing campaigns and analyze their results.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and report performance insights.
- Ensure marketing objectives and targets are achieved.
- Manage customer relationships using CRM systems and maintain accurate customer data.
- Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, and HubSpot.
- Manage and monitor digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Use analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio to evaluate campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content management.
- Experience in digital marketing, content management, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing management systems.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zoho CRM, and HubSpot.
- Good knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to monitor marketing performance and prepare reports.
