Business Development and Revenue Growth
- Identify and secure opportunities across Cash-in-Transit, ATM cash replenishment, cash processing, vaulting, and Value-Added Logistics services.
- Develop banknote import and export opportunities with banks and exchange houses.
- Promote secure logistics solutions for precious metals, jewellery, luxury goods, and high-value commodities.
- Deliver revenue, volume, and new customer acquisition targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
Account Management and Customer Relations
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of banking clients, exchange houses, and high-value goods customers.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers across treasury, procurement, cash operations, and finance functions.
- Conduct customer business reviews, expand service offerings, and act as the primary commercial contact.
- Maintain customer satisfaction, retention, and service excellence.
Tendering and Contract Management
- Identify and qualify tender opportunities in target market sectors.
- Prepare commercial proposals, pricing submissions, presentations, and tender responses.
- Support contract negotiations and ensure commercial terms align with operational capabilities.
- Maintain records of contracts, renewals, pricing agreements, and service commitments.
- Coordinate renewals to maximize customer retention and revenue growth.
Market and Internal Coordination
- Monitor market, customer, and competitor developments in banking, exchange house, cash management, and valuables logistics sectors.
- Provide market feedback for service development, investment decisions, and growth strategies.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Compliance, Security, and Risk teams on customer requirements.
- Support onboarding, due diligence, regulatory compliance, contract mobilization, and service implementation.
- Support resolution of customer issues and ensure commercial commitments are achievable.
Reporting and Forecasting
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, customer records, forecasts, and activity reports.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and pipeline reports.
- Support business planning through revenue forecasting and market analysis.
- Comply with company governance, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–7 years of business development, sales, or account management experience in a commercial environment.
- Experience managing major corporate, banking, or institutional customers in the UAE or GCC region.
- Experience in tender management, proposal development, and commercial contract negotiation.
- Understanding of UAE regulations related to cash handling, security services, and logistics operations.
- Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the Emirates.
- Experience in secure logistics, cash management, banking services, valuables logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries is strongly preferred.
- Arabic language skills are advantageous.

- Strong commercial and business development skills are required.
- Relationship management, account planning, negotiation, and influencing skills are required.
- Strong presentation, proposal writing, communication, and commercial reporting skills are required.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and commercial reporting tools is required.
- Understanding of security, risk, compliance, and operational service delivery environments is required.
