Role Overview
- We are looking for a strategic and results driven Marketing & Sales Manager with solid experience in real estate development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project wise targets.
- Lead marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and branding activities for new and ongoing projects.
- Manage project launches, including pricing, positioning, and promotional planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, investors, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Oversee lead generation and conversion tracking across all channels.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility assessments for upcoming developments.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, project, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, investment proposals, and project briefs.
- Monitor and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring cost effective campaign performance.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, documentation standards, and company policies.
- Train and supervise the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.

Qualifications
