- Identify and qualify new leads, manage pipeline of prospective buyers and investors.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and support clients through entire sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up consistently with prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align sales activities with projects and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to improve sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales or similar client facing sales role, preferably in UAE.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfort with prospecting, lead qualification, and managing a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics, investment principles, and property transaction processes.
- Ability to work on site, adapt to fast paced environment, and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools; familiarity with real estate listing platforms an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Summary

- Maintain updated portfolio of off plan, ready, and secondary market units.
- Build and nurture long term relationships with buyers, sellers, developers, and investors.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, property comparisons, and investment analyses.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and property events.
