Sales & Marketing Executive (Min 2 year experienced)

Overview

1. *Sales & Business Development:*

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, with a focus on increasing market share and generating revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions.
• Lead sales negotiations, conduct presentations, and manage client meetings to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert advice on fit-out designs, carpentry services, and interior solutions, ensuring client needs are met.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.

2. *Marketing & Branding:*

• Design and implement marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and attract potential clients.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, project portfolios, digital content, and case studies showcasing the company’s work.
• Manage the company’s online presence, including social media accounts, website updates, and digital advertising to ensure a strong brand presence.
• Organize and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to engage with potential clients and partners.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to keep marketing strategies competitive and relevant.

Key Skills and Qualifications:*

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 year experienced in the same industry.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the interiors fit-out, carpentry, or design industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of interior design, carpentry, and fit-out services, with the ability to effectively communicate technical aspects to clients.
