Overview
We **De Barrro Interiors Design LLC**., seeking a highly skilled **Carpentry** **Production** **Manager** with a proven track record on large scale, high value projects.
You will oversee the full production cycle from material planning and workshop operations to on-site installation and quality sign-off ensuring every piece is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of craftmanship
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end carpentry and joinery production workflows across workshop and site
- Lead, schedule, and develop a team of carpenters, joiners, and site supervisors
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement on timelines and material specs
- Enforce quality control, health & safety standards, and project documentation.
- Read & interpret technical drawings and shop drawings .
- Handle quantity surveying and material estimation for projects
Requirements
- Strong experience in carpentry/joinery production management.
- Proven ability in handling large-scale high value projects
- 3-5 Years of experience required.
- Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
