- Generate new business leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and social media outreach
- Identify and approach potential clients including clinics, offices, commercial spaces and premium residences
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and social media
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with potential clients
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients
- Manage company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery
- Maintain sales pipeline and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
- Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive sales growth and brand awareness
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities
