Role Overview
Generate business for an MEP and fit-out contracting company, with a focus on securing medium-range projects.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through contract closure.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for medium-range MEP and fit-out projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, main contractors, developers, and clients.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and pre-qualification documents.
- Follow up on tenders and RFQs, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical and estimation teams on proposal preparation.
- Meet sales targets and report on pipeline and progress.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of sales or business development experience in MEP or fit-out contracting.
- Marketing experience of 2 years is preferred.
- Marketing executive experience of 2 years is preferred.
- Applicants must be able to commute reliably to Abu Dhabi or plan to relocate before starting.
