Role Overview
The employer is hiring a Painter for construction and building-finishing projects.
The role covers surface preparation, painting, finishing inspection, equipment maintenance, and site safety.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks and holes, and applying putty.
- Apply primer and emulsion, enamel, or texture paint to walls and ceilings.
- Use brush, roller, or spray application methods.
- Mix paints to match required colors and shades.
- Inspect finished surfaces and rework defects.
- Maintain painting tools and equipment.
- Follow site HSE procedures.
Experience and Qualifications
- Have at least 5 years of experience as a Painter in construction or building finishing.
- Be skilled with brush, roller, and spray application on walls and ceilings.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,500-1,700 per month.
