Position Summary

  • The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing the customer journey from initial inquiry through successful event completion.
  • The role focuses on sales generation, customer relationship management, booking coordination, and marketing activities to drive revenue growth and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inquiries received through the website, e commerce platform, social media channels, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and booking confirmations.
  • Maintain accurate booking schedules and customer records.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and previous clients to maximize sales opportunities and repeat business.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers before, during, and after the event.
  • Gather and confirm all event requirements, locations, schedules, and special requests.
  • Coordinate booking details with the Operations team to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor event readiness and proactively resolve customer concerns.
  • Conduct post event follow ups to collect feedback and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate social media content, customer testimonials, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, event coordination, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple bookings and customer requests simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and a results driven approach.
