- Monitor event preparations and execution to ensure services are delivered according to agreed standards and timelines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after events
- Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate event records, schedules, and reports
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences

Job Summary
- The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events while ensuring all client requirements and expectations are met.
