- Develop and execute sales strategies for
- B2B and B2C markets in alignment with company objectives.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive growth of facilities management services, including
- Cleaning, and Operational Services .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and corporate accounts.
- Oversee pricing, proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure service delivery alignment.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Track sales performance through KPIs and CRM systems and report to senior management.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in Sales, preferably within Facilities Management or Service-based industries .
- Proven experience in B2B & B2C sales .
- Strong knowledge of facilities services such as:
- Cleaning Services
• Integrated Facilities Services
- Demonstrated experience in leading sales teams and managing key accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
