Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and drive our HR strategy, support business growth, and enhance organizational performance through effective people management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company objectives and operational plans.
- Lead all HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations.
- Oversee end to end recruitment processes and workforce planning initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
