Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, including developing and executing sales strategies and leading high performing sales teams
- Strong experience in customer relationship management, business development, negotiation, and closing B2B and retail sales opportunities
- Experience within food & beverage, hospitality, luxury gifting, FMCG, or premium consumer goods sectors highly preferred
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare accurate forecasts, and generate performance reports
- Strong collaboration skills with operations, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English required; Arabic highly preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Role Description
- The Sales Manager is a full time, on site role based in the Riyadh Region.
- Responsible for leading and managing sales activities, including developing sales strategies, setting targets, and driving revenue growth across retail, wholesale, corporate, and hospitality channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure achievement of sales and profitability objectives.
- Daily responsibilities include coaching and supporting the sales team, coordinating with operations, marketing, and finance departments, preparing sales forecasts and performance reports, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Analyze market trends, expand distribution channels, participate in industry events, and strengthen Tomoor AlUla's position in the premium hospitality market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, including developing and executing sales strategies and leading high performing sales teams.
- Strong experience in customer relationship management, business development, negotiation, and closing B2B and retail sales opportunities.
- Experience within the food & beverage, hospitality, luxury gifting, FMCG, or premium consumer goods sectors is highly preferred.
