Role Description

  • The Sales Manager is a full time, on site role based in the Riyadh Region.
  • Responsible for leading and managing sales activities, including developing sales strategies, setting targets, and driving revenue growth across retail, wholesale, corporate, and hospitality channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure achievement of sales and profitability objectives.
  • Daily responsibilities include coaching and supporting the sales team, coordinating with operations, marketing, and finance departments, preparing sales forecasts and performance reports, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Analyze market trends, expand distribution channels, participate in industry events, and strengthen Tomoor AlUla's position in the premium hospitality market.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, including developing and executing sales strategies and leading high performing sales teams.
  • Strong experience in customer relationship management, business development, negotiation, and closing B2B and retail sales opportunities.
  • Experience within the food & beverage, hospitality, luxury gifting, FMCG, or premium consumer goods sectors is highly preferred.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, prepare accurate forecasts, and generate performance reports.
  • Strong collaboration skills with operations, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Professional sales certifications are considered an advantage.
