Role overview

Sobha Realty is hiring a Real Estate Sales Manager in Dubai.

The role is responsible for sales performance, client relationships, market research, and sales forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients.
  • Conduct market research.
  • Analyze sales data to forecast trends.

Requirements

  • Strong sales experience with a developer in the UAE is required.
  • Demonstrated success in off-plan sales within the UAE real estate sector is required.
  • At least one year of experience in off-plan sales is required.
  • Knowledge of Polish, German, French, Arabic, Dutch, Russian, or Hindi is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship abilities are required.
  • Prior experience in a high-paced work environment is required.

Compensation

  • The role pays AED 12,000 per month.
