Sobha Limited is seeking an experienced engineer for façade construction and execution.
The position requires strong practical knowledge of façade installation, site coordination, and construction delivery.

Required Qualifications and Knowledge
- At least 8 years of experience in façade construction and execution.
- Strong practical knowledge of façade installation and site coordination.
- Ability to interpret GA drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and structural details.
- Knowledge of façade materials, fixing systems, sealants, anchors, brackets, and waterproofing interfaces.
- Understanding of QA/QC procedures and construction safety requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Execution Responsibilities
- Supervise façade installation and coordinate site execution activities.
- Manage façade subcontractors and installation crews.
- Apply QA/QC and safety requirements during construction.
- Address site problems and support compliance with façade tolerances, installation sequencing, and project deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and project scheduling software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of international façade standards and testing requirements is an advantage.
- Strong site supervision, problem-solving, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
