- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Property Consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop real estate professionals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs
- Support agents throughout the sales process and assist with negotiations when required
- Drive both off plan and secondary market sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, clients, and strategic partners
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings
- Keep the team updated on market trends, new launches, hot projects, and investment opportunities
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Team Leader, or similar leadership role within a Real Estate Brokerage in Dubai
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing a high performing real estate sales team
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including off plan and secondary sales
- Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills
- RERA certification is preferred

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Demonstrated success in managing and developing a high performing real estate sales team.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including off plan and secondary sales.
- Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Energetic, charismatic, and motivational leadership style.
- Ability to create a positive, high performance sales culture.
- Strong understanding of current market trends, developers, and project launches.
- Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing successful sales professionals.
- Ability to lead from the front and inspire teams through action, knowledge, and performance.
- Candidates currently working as Sales Managers, Team Leaders, Associate Directors, or in similar leadership roles within Dubai real estate brokerages are encouraged to apply.
- RERA certification is preferred.

- Salary: AED 20,000 – 25,000 per month plus an attractive override commission structure (depending on experience and track record).
