Photographer/Videographer (Content Creator)

**Salary:** AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month (with strong opportunities for growth and performance-based progression.)

We are looking for a talented and creative **Content Creator (Photography & Videography)** to join our team in Dubai.

This is not a traditional photography role.

We are seeking a content-driven professional with a strong creative mindset who understands how to produce engaging visual content that enhances brand presence, tells compelling stories, and drives audience engagement.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Marketing and Digital Team to create high-quality content across multiple business sectors, including corporate branding, real estate, luxury lifestyle, and business services.

· Capture professional photography and videography content for corporate branding, office culture, events, employee profiles, real estate projects, luxury vehicles, and marketing campaigns.

· Plan, develop, and execute creative content concepts aligned with business objectives.

· Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.

· Produce and edit high-quality reels, short-form videos, interviews, testimonials, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes content.

· Collaborate with the Marketing and Digital Team to support branding and content strategies.

· Stay updated with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging content formats.

· Manage and organize digital content libraries and creative assets.

· Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.

· Proven experience as a Content Creator, Photographer, Videographer, or similar role.

· Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, editing, and content creation work.

· Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, CapCut, or similar creative software.

· Experience in video editing, motion graphics, graphic design, animation, and visual content production will be considered a strong advantage.

· Strong understanding of lighting, composition, video production, storytelling, and content strategy.

· Experience creating content for corporate, real estate, luxury, hospitality, automotive, or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.

· Ability to independently generate creative concepts and execute projects from planning through final delivery.

· Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

· A content creator first, photographer second.

· Someone who understands branding, audience engagement, and modern digital content.

· A creative thinker who consistently brings fresh ideas and innovative concepts.

· A self-motivated professional who can take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
