A leading PVC Pipes Company in Riyadh is looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive business growth, and expand market presence across Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and business objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the PVC pipes, water systems, and construction sectors
- Manage and lead the sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and key clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular market visits and client meetings across the region
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in PVC pipes, water systems, plastic manufacturing, or building materials industry
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and distribution network
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and increasing market share
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid driving license preferred
