This is a full-time opportunity for a Sales Manager specializing in Poultry, based in Dubai.
Role Description
- Drive sales performance, building and managing relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Handle poultry-related product categories, oversee sales strategies across retail trade, export and private label, and
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, provide market insights, and implement initiatives to optimize sales processes while maintaining alignment with company goals.
Qualification
- Strong knowledge and experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management within a poultry or FMCG
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Sales Strategy Development
- Leadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams effectively
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building capabilities
- Proven ability to meet or surpass sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the Middle East market and fluency in additional languages is an advantage
