This is a full-time opportunity for a Sales Manager specializing in Poultry, based in Dubai.

Role Description

  • Drive sales performance, building and managing relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Handle poultry-related product categories, oversee sales strategies across retail trade, export and private label, and
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, provide market insights, and implement initiatives to optimize sales processes while maintaining alignment with company goals.

Qualification

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management within a poultry or FMCG
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Sales Strategy Development
  • Leadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams effectively
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building capabilities
  • Proven ability to meet or surpass sales targets and contribute to company growth
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the Middle East market and fluency in additional languages is an advantage
