- Identify and secure new catering business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate, government, and private clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
- Coordinate with Operations and Culinary teams to ensure successful execution of events and contracts
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in Catering Sales, Hospitality Sales, or Business Development
- Strong network within the corporate and events market is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to generate new business and manage key accounts
- Strong commercial awareness and customer focused approach
- Valid driving license is preferred
- 5 years of Sales Catering experience

- We are looking for an experienced and results driven Sales Manager to join our Catering Division.
