Foods gate trading Company seeks a Call Center Agent for a restaurant, handling guest inquiries, seating planning, and coordinating with housekeeping and events. Requires good English, 1 year call center experience, and ability to manage guest requests.

Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance monthly training program to ensure no drop in standards
- Keep all required notes as per policy and procedures guided by the Reception Manager on Guests visiting the Restaurant
- Ability to review and suggest seating planner to deliver smooth operating each service
- Attend daily briefings and in the Reception Manager absence be able to deliver the Reception briefing of all guests attending the restaurant each service
- Manage 'Aces in Places' skill set with scheduling department team which includes Housekeeping and Reception and Events
- Keep to date with regular guests and requests without prompting
- Full control over seating planner to deliver smooth operating each service
- Keep up to date with fashion trends, brands, celebrities, and other relevant social market trends
- Accountable for the upkeep of the house keeping team to ensure restaurant is impeccable every day and throughout service
- Partake in weekly management meetings with weekly reviews on guests and occupancy and calendar holidays
Requirements
- Good level of English language, Speaking and Reading
- 1 year of Call Center experience
- Female Saudi national
