Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Off Plan Property Consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Recruit, train, onboard, and develop top performing real estate agents
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to maximize team productivity
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Support agents throughout the sales process, including client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leading developers and key industry stakeholders
- Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and market activity
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and one to one coaching
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE real estate experience
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience leading a real estate sales team in Dubai
- Proven success in recruiting, managing, and developing real estate agents
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's Off Plan market and developer landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- RERA certification is an advantage
- UAE driving license preferred
