Overview

  • Nestseekers Real Estate Dubai is seeking an experienced Off Plan Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and grow a high performing team of property consultants.
  • We are looking for a strong real estate leader with a proven track record in sales management, team development, and driving revenue growth within the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Off Plan Property Consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Recruit, train, onboard, and develop top performing real estate agents
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to maximize team productivity
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Support agents throughout the sales process, including client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leading developers and key industry stakeholders
  • Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and market activity
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and one to one coaching
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of UAE real estate experience
  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience leading a real estate sales team in Dubai
  • Proven success in recruiting, managing, and developing real estate agents
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and retain top talent
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through team performance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai's Off Plan market and developer landscape
  • RERA certification is an advantage
  • UAE driving license preferred
