- Collaborate with agents and clients to understand project requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional real estate or related photography experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing professionally edited real estate videos, reels, and creative content
- Advanced Adobe After Effects skills including motion graphics, transitions, animations, and visual effects
- Skilled with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, tripods, and lighting gear
- Proficiency in Photoshop and other editing tools
- Ability to highlight key property features to attract buyers/renters
- Mastery of composition, angles, and lighting for the best results
- Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with agents and clients

Position Overview
- Nestseekers Real Estate is looking for a talented Real Estate Photographer/Videographer with strong editing skills in Adobe After Effects to create high quality visual content and showcase Dubai’s most stunning properties.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional real estate or related photography.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing professionally edited real estate videos, reels, and creative content, with advanced Adobe After Effects skills including motion graphics, transitions, animations, and visual effects.
- Equipment: Skilled with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, tripods, and lighting gear.
- Editing Skills: Motion graphics and visual effects using After Effects, Proficiency in Photoshop and other editing tools.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Ability to highlight key property features to attract buyers/renters.
- Attention to Detail: Mastery of composition, angles, and lighting for the best results.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with agents and clients.

- Drone photography for aerial shots
