- Drive commercial growth of ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel business in the assigned region
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize sales and profitability
- Develop and manage channel/agent networks across the region
- Achieve and exceed established targets and KPIs
- Cultivate relationships with potential customers and key accounts
- Serve as primary liaison between head office, product development, and local market
- Develop quotations, lead negotiations, and secure contracts
- Track and report market opportunities using CRM and monthly reports
- Participate in industry events and conferences
- Expand market share across key applications
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in a relevant technical area (Engineering) combined with strong sales experience
- Proven experience in service and technical sales of capital equipment to target industries
- Fluency in English and French
- Availability to travel approximately 70% of the working time
- Valid Driver license
- MBA or Master in Business Administration and/or Marketing (good to have)
