About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and develop business opportunities across GCC markets for pharma products, medical devices, and other medical items
- Reach out to local distributors, importers, healthcare buyers, hospitals, clinics, and wholesalers in the GCC to introduce and promote the company's product portfolio
- Pitch products and onboard suitable partners either as distributors/channel partners or as bulk buyers for direct product purchase
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and channel partners across assigned GCC countries
- Drive end to end export sales activities from lead generation to closure
- Evaluate potential distributors and buyers based on market coverage, product fit, and commercial potential
- Onboard and manage distributor relationships to support long term regional growth
- Develop market entry opportunities in new GCC territories by identifying demand, competition, and channel gaps
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely support for distributor onboarding, documentation, pricing, and commercial discussions
- Build strong professional relationships with distributors and key decision makers in target GCC markets
- Respond promptly to inquiries, follow up regularly, and maintain a high level of customer engagement
- Ensure proper handling of customer requirements, quotations, negotiations, and business discussions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in export sales / international business, preferably in pharma, medical devices, medical consumables, or healthcare products
- Prior experience in handling or developing business in the GCC region is preferred
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
- Strong understanding of B2B export business, distributor management, and international sales processes
- Proven ability to speak with distributors, healthcare buyers, and channel partners in the GCC and convert leads into business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of targets, and perform in a fast paced business environment
- Experience using CRM tools, Excel, and sales reporting systems is preferred
- Knowledge of export documentation, regional trade practices, and cross border commercial processes will be an advantage

Job Brief
- We are looking for a dynamic and target driven Export Sales Executive / International Business Executive to drive business development across the GCC region for our pharma, medical devices, and medical consumables portfolio.
- The ideal candidate should have prior experience in export business, preferably in pharma, medical devices, or other healthcare products, and should be confident in engaging with distributors, importers, wholesalers, hospitals, clinics, and bulk buyers across GCC markets.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory for this role.

- Work closely with internal teams such as sourcing, regulatory, operations, and logistics to support export transactions.
- Share market feedback, customer requirements, and competitive intelligence from GCC markets.
- Support pricing discussions, offer preparation, and negotiation to convert leads into business.
- Track monthly targets, sales progress, and conversion ratio across assigned markets.
Requirements & Skills

- Candidates with a strong understanding of regional business culture and Arabic speaking customer engagement will be preferred.
